Searching the product name you want in website ,using more precise words ,such as “ kids trolley bag “,not only “bag “ .
You can find many different suppliers , then you send them inquiry ,put your product photos ,size ,material ,quantity ,testing requirement if needed .
You will get their quotation in the following days , then you can compare each quotations and find out some suppliers to offer samples .
After getting samples , then compare the sample quality ,price , lead time ,payment terms ect .
After decide which to be your supplier , you ask them send you PI (proforma invoice ), you send them PO (purchasing order ) —PO is not needed .
2,Shipment :
you can ask supplier quote you including the shipping cost,CIF or CFR terms , they will handle everything to you .
You need handle the import process ,such as clear custom ,pay for duty ect in your discharge port .
If you don’t have importer license , you can apply for one , or find an importer agency to do that , or ask supplier do terms DDP .
3,Find the one suitable for you .
There are 3 main bags locations in China ,they have completed production lines ,such as raw materials suppliers , trims vendors .
Their advantages are different .
1)Guangdong province : main products are leather bag ,lady bags ,wallet ,in a words , the bag materials are made of Leather , find them , that’s correct .
their price is most expensive and good quality .
2)Fujian province :main products are backpack ,school bag ,travel bag,sports bag,laptop bag ect ,the bags material are Polyester or Nylon , the price and quality is most economical .
3)Zhejiang province : main products are simple bags ,such as promotional bag ,tote bag ,nowoven bag ect ,find them !
Their price would be around 1/2 of Fujian, 1/4 of Guangdong .
4)Hebei province : this market is growing up from 2016 . Their price and quality is similar to Zhejiang , but they couldn’t accept OEM or ODM serive , only produce their own items .
